The Ethics and Compliance function is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of practices that facilitate compliance with laws and Group Policy.
The foundation of our Ethics and Compliance are laid out in our company policies which set out fundamental principles and our values that staff should apply in their daily work. They underpin the way in which we conduct ourselves providing specific guidance in areas such as competition law, marketing practices, non-discrimination, share dealing and conflicts of interest. It is the responsibility of all staff to follow the code to sustain the trust and confidence of our stakeholders.
The Board has adopted a whistleblowing policy, the aim of the policy is to encourage all employees, regardless of seniority, to bring matters that cause them concern to the Non-Executive Directors.
